The work plan is divided into three phases: inception, implementation and Synthesis.
Inception Phase (5 days)
The inception phase will include presentation of the study design, methodology, instruments, analysis and outline of report, study team, deliverables and timeline to World Bank, FGoN and other stakeholders for their comments and feedback. Based on their comments adjustments will be made in the design, methodology and instruments, analysis and reporting. The phase will also include recruitment and briefing of technical and support staff on the study and preparation of materials, logistics and administrative arrangements for implementation phase. During this phase LGA/WARD/SETTLEMENT level population data of each state by risk category will be collected from the concerned authority.
Implementation Phase (10 days)
The implementation phase will include training of team on the study, instruments for data collection, their roles and responsibility and time line. This will be followed by data collection by two teams assigned against the two indicators. Activities in this phase will include review of documents, key informant interviews and cluster survey in four states.
Synthesis phase (5 days)
This phase will include data entry, analysis and report writing. A draft report will be produced and presented to World Bank, FGoN and other stakeholders for their comments. The final report will be submitted incorporating all comments. |
